Artwork Guidelines
We want to provide you with the best possible customized garments. To help us do that, and to avoid any extra charges or delays, please review our artwork guidelines below.
If your artwork isn't in a suitable format, we can redraw it for you for a fee of £9.99 + VAT per logo.* We'll always let you know and get your approval before proceeding.
File Formats

Bitmap / Raster Image

Vector Image
File Formats: Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred for both print and embroidery as they can be scaled without losing quality. AI, EPS, PDFs must be created from vector files and maintain editing capabilities.
Font Outlining: Fonts should be converted to outlines or curves to avoid font substitutions.
If you create an AI, EPS or PDF from a bitmap image, the resulting file would be poor quality and we would not be able to use it without redrawing the artwork, at a cost of £9.99 + VAT per logo*.
File Formats: (PNG)
We can also use a high resolution, 300DPI or better, PNG bitmap image file with a transparent background for DTF printing or converting to an embroidery file. If you are supplying a PNG file, please make sure the image is sized to the exact size (or larger) than the actual print size. We can convert a high resolution PNG file to an embroidery file (Digitising) at a cost of £9.99 + VAT per logo*.
File Formats: (JPG or TIF)
For both printing and embroidery, we will need to redraw artwork in these formats at a cost of £9.99 + VAT per logo*.
Colour Matching:
We can use Pantone colors for color matching for print. Embroidery threads can also be Pantone matched for a range of threads.
