Artwork Guidelines
We want to provide you with the best possible customised garments. To help us do that — and to avoid extra charges or delays — please review our artwork guidelines below.
File Format Types
Vector files can be scaled to any size without losing quality. They are the ideal format for both print and embroidery work. Includes: AI, EPS, PDF (created from vector source).
Raster images are made up of pixels and can lose quality when scaled. Only high resolution files (300DPI or better) with a transparent background are suitable for print or digitising.
Accepted File Formats
Vector files are preferred for both print and embroidery as they scale without losing quality. AI, EPS, and PDF files must be created from a true vector source and maintain full editing capabilities. Fonts should be converted to outlines or curves to avoid font substitutions.
⚠ If your AI, EPS or PDF was created from a bitmap image rather than a vector source, the quality will be poor and redrawing will be required.
Redraw if not true vector: £9.99 + VAT per logo*We can use a high resolution PNG (300DPI or better) with a transparent background for DTF printing or conversion to an embroidery file. Please ensure the image is sized to the exact print size or larger. We can digitise a high resolution PNG to an embroidery file.
Digitising / conversion: £9.99 + VAT per logo*For both printing and embroidery, artwork supplied in JPG or TIF formats will need to be redrawn before we can use it. We will contact you for approval before any charges are applied.
Redraw required: £9.99 + VAT per logo*Colour Matching
Print — Pantone Matching
We can use Pantone colours for precise colour matching on print jobs. Please specify your Pantone references when submitting your artwork.
Embroidery — Thread Matching
Embroidery threads can also be Pantone matched across a wide range of thread colours. Please provide Pantone references for the closest match possible.
